Change is GOOD for Growth!

Change is inevitable…Growth is INTENTIONAL.​​

I love change, because it means growing, not stagnating. Change is exciting; full of promise and potential.

Sometimes we can be scared of change, because it opens up the door to the unknown and forces us out of our comfort zones. It’s the time of year that students are going off to school and taking on new adventures, and soon the leaves will begin to change…the fall is a wonderful time for seeing change in our lives and in the world around us.

Serene Strength Massage just experienced BIG changes this past week, as we moved into a new space and I am excited about the potential for growth in this space. It is located inside of Optimum Performance Physical Therapy, at 3354 100th Street in Urbandale. It was a small change in distance, but allows for an expansion in hours of availabilty, which will help some clients schedule with more ease after work!  The online booking has changed to a new service with Massagebook, but it remains as user friendly as the previous service. I hope to see you at the new office soon!
