Policies

Clear expectations lead to consistent results

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Exceptions may be made at therapists discretion, for illnesses and emergencies, but please still give as much notice as possible. Clients MUST notify the therapist by phone/text PRIOR to the start time of the missed appointment, or it is considered a no call/no show for the full price of the missed visit. If clients repeatedly hold appointments they do not keep but cancel just before 24 hours, they may lose booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to keep on schedule for the appointments that follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session payment. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough remaining time to start your treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are 15 min late to your appointment (without notifying Allison), the appointment is considered a no call/no show and you will automatically be cancelled and charged the same, and may lose booking privilages.

NO Show Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full price for their “missed” appointment, and may lose booking privileges. Appointments are considered a no call/no show missed appointment once 15 minutes have passed since the scheduled start time for the massage.

Early Arrival Policy

Please plan to arrive for your appointment no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive early, your therapist may not be ready for you, so please take a seat in the lobby to wait for your therapist to call you into the room. Starting early doesn’t add extra hands on time. If an appointment does begin early, it remains the same length of time (30,45,60,75, or 90min) so the session will end early to match when it began.

Early arrivals can cut down on the therapists ability to take lunch/ breaks, return calls to other clients, and attend to other aspects of the business between scheduled clients. Please be considerate with your arrival time.
