Massage customized to YOUR specific goals
EACH MASSAGE IS DIFFERENT
All massage sessions are custom focused on each client’s needs, and utilize a variety of techniques that MAY include:
Clinical evaluation, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, neuromuscular, assisted stretching, cupping, lymphatic, and abdominal massage
It is likely that you may not experience ALL of these techniques during a single session, because only the ones that are best suited for your needs will be utilized.
How to Choose your session length
If you are uncertain whether you need targeted work or not, then it may depend on the type of issue you are trying to address. Has your pain or tension been in an area for months or even years? then it is likely you need targeted work to help encourage your body to let go of this tension, that has taken time to develop.
If you just want some relief due to changing areas of tension from your workouts or daily activities, targeted work can help where your body needs it most.

30 Minute Session-$60
This is a great length for targeted work on one difficult area or a couple problem spots. It goes quickly so it isn’t long enough for true relaxation, but it is a good start when you are short on time! If you are in need of some real neck relief, this could be your fix!
45 Minute Session- $75
This is a great length for several targeted areas, but may feel a bit short for a full body massage. This is a great choice if you are short on time but need a little extra work. If you have chronic shoulder issues that need help, this is a good length to try.
60 Minute Session-$95
If you want time for a little bit of everything, for the full body massage, 60 min is a great start! This length adds flexibility for targeted work in multiple areas, or makes it easier to cover the full body, than is hard to achieve in short sessions.
75 Minute Session- $120
AT THIS TIME, I am not accepting new clients for this length of session.
For anyone that needs a LITTLE more work than what 60 minutes can accomplish, but 90 minutes just seems TOO long, then this is the perfect balance! Great length for completing a full body massage while incorporating some targeted work, or simply for a longer amount of time spent throughout the whole body.
90 Minute Session- $145
AT THIS TIME, I am not accepting new clients for this length of session.
This is the ideal length for many active individuals that know they need some extra time and focus on MANY muscle groups. The long length is necessary for all that targeted work, but may be too long for clients that don’t have many chronic problem areas.

When you have completed the process you will receive one confirmation email that includes details for your appointment.
You should receive a second email with a link to complete the online intake form that you should fill out prior to your appointment.
Free Consultation
Booking a free consultation meeting allows you to meet face-to-face at my office, to discuss your health history and to help you decide if I am the right massage therapist to help with your injury or issues. This is ONLY a consultation and NO bodywork or massage will be completed during this meeting.
Gift Certificates
You can purchase online gift cards that can be printed or emailed at the link below, they are for set session lengths or set prices.
There are also paper versions of gift certificates available for purchase, which you can buy from Allison at the end of your regular massage session, or you can schedule a time to pick them up from her at the office, in between other clients. To ensure time that works for your schedule and hers, it is helpful to give 24 hours notice before the date when you need the gift certificates (when possible).
